1οΈβ£ Prepare the Oven & Pan
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, letting the edges hang slightly over for easy removal.
2οΈβ£ Make the Cake Batter
- In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar on high speed for 4 minutes until pale and foamy.
- Mix in the pumpkin puree and vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.
- Sift the dry ingredients into the wet and fold gently using a spatula until fully combined.
3οΈβ£ Bake the Cake
- Spread batter evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a thin layer.
- Bake for 10β13 minutes. The cake is done when it springs back gently to the touch.
4οΈβ£ Roll the Cake (Prevent Cracking!)
