: Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf Wrapped

  1. Stuff the Meatloaf:
    – On a sheet of plastic wrap or parchment paper, lay the meat mixture out into a rectangle about 10 inches by 8 inches. Try to get the meat as even as possible for consistent cooking.
    – Sprinkle 1 ½ cups of shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend) evenly across the center of the meat. The cheese will melt inside as the meatloaf cooks, creating a delicious, gooey center.
    – Carefully roll up the meat into a log shape, making sure the cheese is sealed inside. Use the plastic wrap to help you roll the meat tightly. Pinch the ends to seal it up.
