: Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf Wrapped

  1. Wrap the Meatloaf:
    – Lay 8-10 slices of bacon or prosciutto on a sheet of parchment paper, slightly overlapping. These will form the outer layer of your meatloaf and give it a crispy, flavorful crust.
    – Carefully transfer the meatloaf onto the bacon slices, then wrap the bacon around the entire meatloaf. Make sure it’s tightly wrapped to hold everything together during baking.
    – If using prosciutto, you may need to overlap the slices slightly more, as prosciutto is thinner and might require extra coverage for a secure wrap.
