: Cheesy Chicken and Bacon-Stuffed Bread Loaf

  1. Bake covered:
Wrap the stuffed bread loaf completely in aluminum foil, sealing it tightly to retain moisture and promote even heating. Place it on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. During this stage, the filling warms through and begins to melt without drying out the bread.
  2. Finish uncovered:
After 20 minutes, carefully unwrap and discard the foil. Return the uncovered loaf to the oven and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes. This step allows the top layer of cheese to melt fully and develop a light golden-brown finish with bubbling edges, adding texture and visual appeal.
  3. Garnish and serve:
Remove the loaf from the oven and immediately sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness. If desired, brush the top of the bread with more melted butter for added shine and richness. Allow to cool slightly, then slice into thick portions and serve warm while the filling is still gooey and satisfying.
