Chocolate Crepes & Frappe Duo (Decadent Dessert Combo)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs with milk, vanilla, and melted butter.
  3. Gradually whisk the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15–30 minutes.
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter. Pour in about ¼ cup of batter and swirl to coat the pan.
  5. Cook for 1–2 minutes until edges lift, flip, and cook another 30 seconds. Repeat with remaining batter.
  6. Fill warm crepes with your favorite fillings and fold or roll. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.

Chocolate Frappe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (whole or dairy-free)
  • 1½ tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1–2 teaspoons instant coffee (optional)
  • 1½ cups ice
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Chocolate chips or drizzle (optional garnish)
