Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs with milk, vanilla, and melted butter.
- Gradually whisk the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15–30 minutes.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter. Pour in about ¼ cup of batter and swirl to coat the pan.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes until edges lift, flip, and cook another 30 seconds. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Fill warm crepes with your favorite fillings and fold or roll. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.

- 1 cup milk (whole or dairy-free)
- 1½ tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1–2 teaspoons instant coffee (optional)
- 1½ cups ice
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Chocolate chips or drizzle (optional garnish)
