👨‍🍳 Preparation

1️⃣ Prep the Pan:

  1. Grease a baking pan with butter and dust it lightly with cocoa powder to prevent sticking and boost flavor.
  2. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients:

  1. In a large bowl, sift together the flour and cocoa powder.
  2. Add sugar and mix well to combine. Set aside.

3️⃣ Blend the Wet Ingredients:

  1. In a blender, beat the eggs, oil, and milk for about 2 minutes until smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into the dry ingredients and mix with a whisk or spatula until fully incorporated into a smooth batter.

4️⃣ Add Baking Powder:

  1. Add the baking powder last and stir gently to combine, avoiding overmixing.

5️⃣ Bake:

  1. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  2. Bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  3. Let cool slightly before topping.
