Chocolate & Peanut Butter Bar Cake

🥣 PREPARATION

1️⃣ Brownie Base

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch springform pan and line it with parchment paper.This ensures the brownie releases cleanly and supports the layered filling.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate. Add the sugars and stir.The heat helps dissolve the sugars slightly, giving a smoother brownie texture.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla.Mix until just combined to avoid incorporating too much air.
  4. Add the flour, cocoa, and salt and mix.Stir gently to maintain a dense, fudgy consistency.
  5. Pour into the pan and bake for 20–25 minutes. Cool.The center should be set but still soft; cooling fully keeps the brownie stable for topping.
