2️⃣ Peanut Butter Filling

  1. Beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.The mixture should be creamy and free of lumps before adding sugar.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla, and pudding mix (if using).Pudding mix thickens the filling slightly, helping it hold sharp layers.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff.Cold cream whips best and creates volume for a lighter filling.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.Use slow folding motions to keep the filling airy and smooth.
  5. Divide the filling into 3 equal parts (each ~390 g).Equal portions help achieve clean, even layers.

3️⃣ Create the Layers

  • 1st Layer: Spread 1 portion of the filling over the brownie. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • 2nd Layer: Repeat the process.
  • 3rd Layer: Spread and freeze for another 30 minutes.

Freezing between layers prevents them from blending together and gives a bold, defined triple-layer effect. ✨
