1. Make the Pretzel Crust:

  1. In a bowl, combine pretzel crumbs and brown sugar. Stir in melted butter until fully moistened.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes while you prepare the fillings.

2. Prepare the Ganache Layer:

  1. Heat heavy cream until just simmering. Pour over chocolate and let sit 2 minutes.
  2. Stir until smooth and glossy. Pour into the chilled crust and spread evenly.
  3. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set slightly.
