Chocolate Tiramisu Roll Cake 🍫☕️ – Elegant, Light & Irresistible

3️⃣ Make the Tiramisu Cream:

  1. Whip the cold cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla, and dissolved coffee.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently until combined and fluffy.

4️⃣ Make the Coffee Syrup:

  1. Mix hot water, instant coffee, sugar, and liqueur (if using) in a small bowl. Let cool completely.

5️⃣ Assemble the Roll Cake:

  1. Unroll the cooled sponge cake gently. Brush the surface lightly with the coffee syrup.
  2. Spread tiramisu cream evenly over the cake, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Carefully roll the cake back up (without the towel) and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
