- Mix hot water, instant coffee, sugar, and liqueur (if using) in a small bowl. Let cool completely.
5️⃣ Assemble the Roll Cake:
- Unroll the cooled sponge cake gently. Brush the surface lightly with the coffee syrup.
- Spread tiramisu cream evenly over the cake, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Carefully roll the cake back up (without the towel) and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
