Step 1: Flatten the Bread

Start by removing the crusts from each slice of bread. Use a rolling pin to flatten the slices to make them more pliable for rolling. This will also help the bread soak up the cream cheese mixture better, ensuring a soft, gooey filling inside each roll-up.

Step 2: Prepare the Filling

In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth and well combined. The cream cheese will create a creamy, sweet filling, while the cinnamon and brown sugar will give it that warm, cinnamon roll flavor. Spread a generous amount of this mixture over each slice of flattened bread.

Step 3: Roll the Bread
