Cinnamon Sugar Cream Cheese Rolls

Instructions

1. Prep the Filling

  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.The mixture should be creamy and spreadable, with no lumps—this ensures an even fill inside each roll.

2. Fill & Roll

  1. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into individual triangles.Try to keep the dough intact so it rolls neatly and holds the filling well.
  2. Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto each triangle, stopping just before the edges.This prevents excess filling from leaking during baking.
  3. Roll each triangle starting from the wide end toward the tip to form crescents.Place seam-side down so the rolls stay closed while baking.
