Step 1: Prepare the Cake Batter
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round or loaf cake pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, whisk together both sugars, melted butter, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla until smooth and well blended.
- Gradually stir the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined — do not overmix.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo chunks evenly.
Step 2: Add the Cinnamon Swirl
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to form the swirl mixture.
- Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared pan. Drizzle the cinnamon swirl mixture over this layer.
- Top with the remaining cake batter and smooth the top.
- Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter for a marbled effect.
