Classic Stuffed Peppers – Hearty, Savory & Oven-Baked Perfection

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Peppers

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes. Lightly oil a baking dish and arrange peppers upright.

Step 2: Cook the Filling

  1. In a skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
  2. Add ground meat and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Stir in cooked rice, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors.
