: Cookies and Cream Cake

  • 1 cup (170 g) white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream – divided
  • 1/2 cup (113 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 Oreos, finely ground

3. Cookies & Cream Frosting

  • 10 tablespoons (141 g) butter (at room temperature)
  • 1 cup (226 g) cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 4 cups (500 g) powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos (half in frosting, half for decoration)

4. Ganache (Drip)

  • 2/3 cup (113 g) dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream
