2. Cookies & Cream Mousse
- Place white chocolate in a bowl.
- Heat 1/4 cup cream and pour over the chocolate. Stir until melted; let cool.
- Whip cream cheese and add it to the cooled chocolate mixture.
- Whip remaining 3/4 cup heavy cream until stiff.
- Fold whipped cream and crushed Oreos into the chocolate mixture.
- Refrigerate until needed.
3. Frosting
- Beat butter for 30 seconds.
- Add cream cheese and beat 1 more minute.
- Add powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla. Mix on low, then beat on high for 2 minutes.
- Fold in 1/2 cup crushed Oreos.
4. Ganache
- Place dark chocolate in a bowl.
- Heat cream and pour over the chocolate.
- Stir until smooth and glossy.
- Let sit 10β15 minutes to thicken slightly before dripping.
