: Cookies and Cream Cake

2. Cookies & Cream Mousse

  1. Place white chocolate in a bowl.
  2. Heat 1/4 cup cream and pour over the chocolate. Stir until melted; let cool.
  3. Whip cream cheese and add it to the cooled chocolate mixture.
  4. Whip remaining 3/4 cup heavy cream until stiff.
  5. Fold whipped cream and crushed Oreos into the chocolate mixture.
  6. Refrigerate until needed.

3. Frosting

  1. Beat butter for 30 seconds.
  2. Add cream cheese and beat 1 more minute.
  3. Add powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla. Mix on low, then beat on high for 2 minutes.
  4. Fold in 1/2 cup crushed Oreos.

4. Ganache

  1. Place dark chocolate in a bowl.
  2. Heat cream and pour over the chocolate.
  3. Stir until smooth and glossy.
  4. Let sit 10–15 minutes to thicken slightly before dripping.
