Instructions
- Soften the Ice Cream:
Scoop the vanilla ice cream into a mixing bowl. Let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes until slightly softened but not melted. This will make it easier to combine with the vodka evenly. - Prepare the Vodka Ice Cream Base:
Pour the cookies and cream vodka into the bowl with the softened ice cream. Using a silicone spatula or spoon, gently fold the mixture together until the vodka is fully incorporated into the ice cream. Avoid overmixing to maintain thickness. - Make the Oreo Base Layer:
In a separate small bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies with the chocolate syrup. Stir until the cookie crumbs are fully coated and clump together slightly, forming a textured mixture. - Fill the Molds:
Use a silicone mold or ice cube tray for easy release. Spoon about 1–2 teaspoons of the Oreo-chocolate mixture into the bottom of each mold compartment. Press it down firmly to form a base layer. - Layer the Ice Cream Mixture:
Carefully spoon the vodka-infused ice cream mixture on top of the Oreo base, filling each mold to the top. Level off with the back of a spoon for a smooth finish.
