Cookies and Cream Vodka Bombs

Instructions

  1. Soften the Ice Cream:
    Scoop the vanilla ice cream into a mixing bowl. Let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes until slightly softened but not melted. This will make it easier to combine with the vodka evenly.
  2. Prepare the Vodka Ice Cream Base:
    Pour the cookies and cream vodka into the bowl with the softened ice cream. Using a silicone spatula or spoon, gently fold the mixture together until the vodka is fully incorporated into the ice cream. Avoid overmixing to maintain thickness.
  3. Make the Oreo Base Layer:
    In a separate small bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies with the chocolate syrup. Stir until the cookie crumbs are fully coated and clump together slightly, forming a textured mixture.
  4. Fill the Molds:
    Use a silicone mold or ice cube tray for easy release. Spoon about 1–2 teaspoons of the Oreo-chocolate mixture into the bottom of each mold compartment. Press it down firmly to form a base layer.
  5. Layer the Ice Cream Mixture:
    Carefully spoon the vodka-infused ice cream mixture on top of the Oreo base, filling each mold to the top. Level off with the back of a spoon for a smooth finish.
