1οΈβ£ Preheat the Oven
- Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2οΈβ£ Make the Stuffing
- In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, parsley (or dill), paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until just combinedβavoid overmixing to maintain texture.
3οΈβ£ Prepare the Salmon
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Using a sharp knife, cut a horizontal slit in the thickest part of each fillet to form a pocket (do not cut all the way through).
4οΈβ£ Stuff the Salmon
- Spoon the crab and shrimp stuffing evenly into each salmon pocket.
- Press gently to help the mixture hold together.
5οΈβ£ Season & Bake
- Brush the tops of the salmon fillets with olive oil or melted butter.
- Season with salt, pepper, and a light sprinkle of paprika if desired.
- Place the stuffed salmon on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 14β18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily and the stuffing is hot throughout.
