1️⃣ Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Make the Stuffing

  1. In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, parsley (or dill), paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix gently until just combinedβ€”avoid overmixing to maintain texture.

3️⃣ Prepare the Salmon

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut a horizontal slit in the thickest part of each fillet to form a pocket (do not cut all the way through).

4️⃣ Stuff the Salmon

  1. Spoon the crab and shrimp stuffing evenly into each salmon pocket.
  2. Press gently to help the mixture hold together.

5️⃣ Season & Bake

  1. Brush the tops of the salmon fillets with olive oil or melted butter.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and a light sprinkle of paprika if desired.
  3. Place the stuffed salmon on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 14–18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily and the stuffing is hot throughout.
