👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Crust

  • If using a raw pie crust, pre-bake it at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly before adding the filling.

2️⃣ Make the Cream Cheese Layer

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread evenly.

3️⃣ Add the Cranberry Layer

  • Carefully spoon the cranberry sauce over the cream cheese layer. Spread gently to cover the top without mixing the layers.
