Cranberry Honey Butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the Butter:

  1. Place the softened butter in a medium mixing bowl. Make sure it’s at room temperature so it’s easy to blend and smooth.

2. Add the Flavors:

  1. Add the cranberry sauce, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon (if using), and a pinch of salt to the bowl with the butter.

3. Blend Until Smooth:

  1. Using a hand mixer or sturdy whisk, beat the mixture until light, fluffy, and completely blended. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to ensure even mixing.

4. Taste and Adjust:

  1. Taste the finished butter and adjust as desired. Add more honey for sweetness or extra cranberry sauce for a brighter, tangier flavor.
