1️⃣ Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3️⃣ Cream Butter and Sugar:
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and orange zest.
4️⃣ Combine Ingredients:
- Alternate adding the dry ingredients and buttermilk into the butter mixture in three additions, starting and ending with the dry.
- Toss cranberries with a teaspoon of flour to prevent sinking, then gently fold them into the batter.
5️⃣ Bake:
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
