🧁 Preparation Steps
1. Preheat & Prep Pan

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 9-inch (22–23 cm) springform pan and line the base with parchment paper.
2. Cream Cheese Base

Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy.
3. Incorporate Eggs & Vanilla

Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing briefly after each.

Stir in the vanilla extract.
4. Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

Fold into the wet ingredients using a spatula or on low mixer speed — just until combined.
(Avoid overmixing.)
5. Bake

Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
