👩🍳 Preparation Method
1️⃣ Blend the Base:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a blender, combine the eggs, sugar, milk, butter, and coconut milk (if using).
- Blend on high for 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
2️⃣ Add the Flour:
- Reduce the blender speed to low and gradually add the sifted flour.
- Blend just until the flour is incorporated — do not overmix.
3️⃣ Add the Baking Powder:
- Turn off the blender and add the baking powder. Mix gently using a spatula or pulse just once or twice to incorporate. This keeps the cake light and airy.
