Creamy Broccoli Casserole with Cheesy Cracker Topping

Instructions

1️⃣ Prep and Preheat

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the frozen broccoli according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain well to remove any excess moisture. This helps prevent the casserole from becoming watery.

2️⃣ Make the Filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the condensed cream of celery soup, mayonnaise, lightly beaten eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, and your choice of instant minced onion or onion powder.
  • Stir in the drained, cooked broccoli until fully coated with the creamy mixture. Make sure everything is evenly distributed.

3️⃣ Assemble

  • Grease a 1½-quart baking dish with butter, oil, or non-stick spray.
  • Pour the broccoli mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top with a spatula.
