: Creamy Cajun Seafood Pasta with Shrimp & Lobster

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the pasta and cook according to the package directions until al dente. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  3. Once cooked, drain and set aside. Reserve a bit of pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce later.

2️⃣ Sauté the Seafood

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter until foamy.
  2. Add the shrimp and lobster pieces to the skillet. Season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Sauté for 2–3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque and the lobster is cooked through but still tender.
  4. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice to brighten the flavors, then transfer the seafood to a plate and set aside.

3️⃣ Make the Cajun Cream Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, melt another 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Let it come to a gentle simmer.
  3. Whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and incorporated into the sauce.
  4. Season with Cajun seasoning, onion powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes if you like extra heat.
  5. Simmer the sauce for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to your desired consistency. Adjust seasoning to taste.

    4️⃣ Combine Everything
