1️⃣ Prepare the Base
- Mix the crushed cookies, sugar, and melted butter.The mixture should resemble damp sand and hold together when pressed between your fingers.
- Press the mixture into a 22–24 cm tart or pyrex dish.Use the bottom of a glass to compact the crust firmly and create an even, sturdy base.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.This step allows the butter to firm up, helping the base set properly before adding the filling.
