📝 Ingredients (Serves 6)

For the Cauliflower:

  • 2 pounds (900 g) cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 3 teaspoons breadcrumbs (for coating the baking dish)

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) butter
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g) flour
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups (360 ml) milk
  • ¼ teaspoon (1 g) nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon (3 g) salt
  • ¼ teaspoon (1 g) freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup (25 g) Parmesan cheese

For Assembling:

  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup (50 g) Parmesan cheese, grated

For the Breadcrumb Topping:

  • ⅓ cup (50 g) breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) melted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon (1 g) salt
  • ¼ teaspoon (1 g) black pepper
