👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Oven & Pan

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

2️⃣ Season & Arrange the Chicken

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.

3️⃣ Make the Creamy Sauce

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk (or broth) until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken in the dish.
