Creamy Chipotle Shrimp Pasta 🍝🦐🌶️

🛒 Ingredients (2–3 Servings)

For the Shrimp 🦐

  • 300 g (10 oz) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 🫒
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika 🌶️
  • ¼ teaspoon salt 🧂
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper 🧂

For the Sauce 🍶

  • 1 tablespoon butter 🧈
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped 🧅
  • 2–3 tablespoons chipotle in adobo, finely chopped 🌶️ (adjust to taste)
  • ½ cup heavy cream 🥛
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice 🍋
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste 🧂

For the Pasta 🍝

  • 200 g (7 oz) pasta (fettuccine, linguine, or spaghetti)
  • ¼ cup reserved pasta water (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
