Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate & Sear the Shrimp
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne (if using), salt, pepper, and fresh lime juice. Mix until the shrimp are evenly coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the shrimp in a single layer.
- Sear for 2–3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are blackened at the edges and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Creamy Chipotle Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, blended chipotle peppers, lime juice, honey, garlic powder, and salt. Adjust to taste — add more chipotle for spice or more honey for balance.
