Creamy Shrimp Pasta 🍤🍝 – Rich, Flavorful & Easy

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add pasta and cook until al dente according to package directions.
  3. Drain and set aside, reserving about ½ cup pasta water.

2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp and sauté for 2–3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
  3. Transfer shrimp to a plate and set aside.

3️⃣ Make the Creamy Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add smoked paprika, cayenne (if using), and black pepper. Cook for 30 seconds more.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Let the sauce cook for 3–5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
