- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
For the Dressing:
- 2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
- 1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
- 1 tsp honey 🍯
- Salt & pepper to taste
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken:
- Season chicken strips with salt, black pepper, and optional paprika.
- Dip each strip in the beaten egg, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
2️⃣ Fry Until Golden:
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the coated chicken strips for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
