2️⃣ Bread the Mozzarella Sticks
- Roll each mozzarella stick in flour, tapping off excess.
- Dip into the egg mixture until fully coated.
- Roll in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Repeat egg and breadcrumb steps for a double coating (this helps prevent cheese leakage during frying).
3️⃣ Freeze
- Place breaded mozzarella sticks on a lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight). This is essential for keeping the cheese from melting too quickly in the oil.
