Crispy Ranch Ritz Cracker Chicken Tenders

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil to prevent sticking.

2️⃣ Make the Coating Mixture:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth and well combined.

3️⃣ Crush the Crackers:

  1. Place Ritz crackers in a zip-top bag and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or the bottom of a heavy glass. Alternatively, pulse in a food processor.

4️⃣ Coat the Chicken:

  1. Dip each chicken tender into the mayo-Parmesan mixture, coating thoroughly on all sides.
  2. Then roll each coated tender in the crushed Ritz crackers, pressing gently so the crumbs adhere well.
