Double Chocolate Brownies 🍫

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Melt the Chocolate & Butter

  • Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.

2️⃣ Make the Batter

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the sugar, eggs, and vanilla until thick and slightly pale.
  • Slowly pour in the melted chocolate-butter mixture and whisk until smooth and combined.

3️⃣ Fold in Dry Ingredients

  • Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold gently with a spatula just until no dry streaks remain.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips or chunks. Don’t overmix.

    4️⃣ Bake
