Double Ice Cream Fudge Cookie Crust Cake

3️⃣ Add the Ice Cream Layers

Chocolate Layer

  • Spread the softened chocolate ice cream evenly over the firm fudge layer.
  • Smooth the surface with a spatula so the layer looks even and clean.
  • Freeze for 20–30 minutes to prevent the vanilla layer from blending into it.

Vanilla Layer

  • Spoon the softened vanilla ice cream on top and spread it evenly.
  • Smooth the surface so the top appears uniform and polished.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, until completely solid.
