👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Pan
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the bottom of the pan with coconut and chopped nuts. Set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Cake Layer
- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the package directions, then stir in sour cream for extra moisture.
- Pour the cake batter over the coconut and pecans in the prepared pan.
3️⃣ Make the Cream Cheese Mixture
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and beat until light and fluffy.
- Spoon dollops of the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter.
4️⃣ Add Toppings & Bake
