Easy Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Instructions

  1. Sauté the garlic:
Heat a small amount of olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Once the oil begins to shimmer, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or just until fragrant and lightly golden. Be careful not to let it burn, as overcooked garlic can become bitter and overpower the wrap’s flavor.
  2. Add the chicken:
Add the cooked, diced chicken breast to the skillet with the sautéed garlic. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly in the garlicky oil. Continue cooking for 2–3 minutes, just enough to warm the chicken through and infuse it with the garlic flavor. If the pan begins to dry out, you can add a small drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Assemble the wrap:
Lay your wrap (tortilla or flatbread) flat on a clean surface or plate. Spoon a generous portion of the garlic chicken mixture into the center of the wrap. Sprinkle a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. The cheese will begin to soften from the heat of the chicken, helping it melt quickly once warmed further.
  4. Warm and serve:
