1️⃣ Prepare the Cake Batter:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease a 24cm (9-inch) bundt pan with margarine and dust with cocoa powder.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder, flour, sugar, oil, warm water, and eggs. Mix until the batter is smooth and well blended.
- Add the baking powder and stir gently just until incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
2️⃣ Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 10–15 minutes before unmolding onto a serving plate. Allow to cool completely before topping with syrup.
3️⃣ Make the Chocolate Syrup:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the condensed milk, chocolate powder, and butter.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens slightly and begins to pull away from the sides of the pan (about 8–10 minutes).
- Remove from heat and immediately stir in the heavy cream until fully combined and glossy.
