Easy Marinated Cheese Appetizer with Salami & Pickles (No-Cook Party Favorite)

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Ingredients

  1. Cube the cheddar and mozzarella into bite-sized chunks.
  2. Quarter the salami slices into small bite-size pieces.
  3. Slice or halve pickles, depending on size and preference.

Step 2: Make the Marinade

  1. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried herbs, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until well emulsified.

Step 3: Assemble the Appetizer

  1. In a large bowl or shallow container, gently toss together the cheeses, salami, and pickles.
  2. Pour the marinade over the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours. Stir occasionally if marinating longer.
