Instructions
1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Tray:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
- Arrange graham crackers in a single, edge-to-edge layer across the entire baking tray. Trim pieces if needed to cover gaps.
2. Make the Pecan Topping:
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat, melt the salted butter.
- Add the light brown sugar and stir constantly until the mixture is completely dissolved and begins to gently bubble—this takes about 3–5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and chopped pecans until well combined and glossy.
3. Assemble the Bark:
- Carefully pour the hot pecan mixture over the graham crackers. Use a spatula to spread the topping evenly, ensuring each cracker is coated with the buttery pecan mixture.
