Easy Pecan Pie Bark with Graham Cracker Base

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Tray:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  3. Arrange graham crackers in a single, edge-to-edge layer across the entire baking tray. Trim pieces if needed to cover gaps.

2. Make the Pecan Topping:

  1. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat, melt the salted butter.
  2. Add the light brown sugar and stir constantly until the mixture is completely dissolved and begins to gently bubble—this takes about 3–5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and chopped pecans until well combined and glossy.

3. Assemble the Bark:

  1. Carefully pour the hot pecan mixture over the graham crackers. Use a spatula to spread the topping evenly, ensuring each cracker is coated with the buttery pecan mixture.
