Easy Pecan Pie Bars – Buttery, Gooey & Perfect for Sharing

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prepare the Pan

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy lifting later. Lightly grease if desired.

Step 2: Make the Crust

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, softened butter, granulated sugar, and salt.
  2. Mix with a fork or pastry cutter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a firm base.
  4. Bake the crust for 20 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and set aside.
