Easy Raspberry Danish with Puff Pastry πŸ‡πŸ₯

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

2️⃣ Prepare the Puff Pastry

  1. Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  2. Cut the pastry into 4 equal squares or rectangles, depending on your preference for Danish size.
  3. Using a knife, score a small border (about Β½ inch) around each piece of pastry, making sure not to cut all the way through. This will create a raised edge when baked.

3️⃣ Add the Raspberry Filling

  1. Place a spoonful of raspberry jam in the center of each pastry square or rectangle. Alternatively, use fresh raspberries for a more natural filling.
  2. Spread the jam or raspberries evenly within the borders, ensuring there’s space around the edges for the pastry to rise.

4️⃣ Apply the Egg Wash
