1οΈβ£ Preheat the Oven
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
2οΈβ£ Prepare the Puff Pastry
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into 4 equal squares or rectangles, depending on your preference for Danish size.
- Using a knife, score a small border (about Β½ inch) around each piece of pastry, making sure not to cut all the way through. This will create a raised edge when baked.
3οΈβ£ Add the Raspberry Filling
- Place a spoonful of raspberry jam in the center of each pastry square or rectangle. Alternatively, use fresh raspberries for a more natural filling.
- Spread the jam or raspberries evenly within the borders, ensuring thereβs space around the edges for the pastry to rise.
