Fudgy & Crunchy Brownie Recipe


1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2️⃣ In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate chips until smooth. Let it cool slightly.

3️⃣ Stir in granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt into the chocolate mixture. Mix until glossy.

4️⃣ Sift in flour and cocoa powder. Gently fold until just combined — do not overmix.

5️⃣ Stir in nuts and a handful of extra chocolate chips for added texture.

6️⃣ Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Top with more chopped nuts or chips if desired.

7️⃣ Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the top is crackly and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).

8️⃣ Let them cool completely before slicing — trust me, the texture improves with cooling!
