Garlic Herb Grilled Shrimp Skewers

🧄 Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on for presentation)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Note: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent them from burning.
