1️⃣ Prep the Shrimp
- Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Sauté the Garlic
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring often, until garlic is just golden and fragrant — do not let it burn.
3️⃣ Cook the Shrimp
- Add shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Deglaze the pan with lemon juice and toss the shrimp to coat in the garlicky oil.
