- Large mixing bowl
- Baking sheet or loaf pan
- Parchment paper
- Small saucepan
- Pastry brush
- Meat thermometer
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
Set your oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup or lightly grease a loaf pan if using. - Mix the Meatloaf:
In a large bowl, add ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, and milk. Using clean hands or a spatula, mix until just combined. Avoid overworking to maintain tenderness. - Shape the Loaf:
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet, or press evenly into the loaf pan. Smooth the top gently with your hands or a spatula. - Bake:
Place in the oven and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F). A thermometer inserted into the center ensures food safety and prevents overcooking.
