Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until just al dente.
- Drain and toss with a small amount of olive oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
2. Prep and Sear the Chicken
- Pat chicken strips dry. Season with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Press grated Parmesan onto the chicken to create a light crust.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter.
- Add chicken and cook 4–6 minutes, turning as needed, until golden and cooked through.
- In the last minute of cooking, add 1 tbsp butter and half of the minced garlic. Stir to coat the chicken in garlicky butter. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
