1️⃣ Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil to prevent sticking.
2️⃣ Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Coating
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to create a flavorful coating.
3️⃣ Toss the Shrimp
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss until all pieces are evenly coated with the garlic-Parmesan mixture.
- For extra flavor, let the shrimp marinate for 10 minutes before baking (optional).
4️⃣ Roast the Shrimp
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one for even cooking.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink, firm, and slightly golden around the edges. Avoid overcooking to keep them tender and juicy.
