1. Prepare the Brownies:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease for easy removal.
2. Melt Chocolate & Butter:
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and chopped chocolate together, stirring frequently until smooth and glossy.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly before proceeding.
3. Mix Wet Ingredients:
- Whisk in the granulated and brown sugars until combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
